Here's another terrific swap card from convention that I CASED for my recent Stamp-a-Stack. It was made by Sue Noetzel. It uses the Hello, Lovely stamp set which is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I think her choice of colors is what drew me to this card. I also loved the way she combine the colors on the Thank You You're the Best stamp.

Sneak Peek Patterned Occasions
Here's a sneak peek of the new Sale-a-bration Patterned Occasions stamp set available starting January 22. With the Regal Rose and Chocolate Chip cardstock combination, I was able to stamp one of each stamp for a variety of cards.

Friends Fur-ever Thank You
This Friends Fur-ever set was one of the recently retired stamp sets, but since my school mascot is a Scottie Dog, I wasn't able to part with it. (You might also guess our school colors are orange and black.) I made a few of these as thank yous at the end of the school year. I hope to sit down and make some more this summer and have them ready for next year!

Thank You Cards
Another teacher and I were in charge of gifts for our secretaries. She bought the flowers and I made the cards. A little 3 x 3 card is just right as a tie-on to say thanks for all you do!

Shadow Stamping
This was a quick card for our Stamp-a-Stack. I figured with the punch art bunny that we might need one that went a little faster. By stamping twice without reinking in between, we created a shadow look and then stamped a Chocolate Chip sentiment over Regal Rose. Saturday, August 27, 2011
Butterfly Envelope Card
This card was inspired by a gorgeous card demonstrated at convention by Mary Ellen Byerly. I finally broke down and bought the Beautiful Wings Embosslet Die after seeing her demo. I have always liked it and cards made with it, but I try (notice I said try!) not to buy everything in the catalog. I changed colors and stamp sets but the butterflies are what make this card so those were a must. The card is made with an envelope with the flap cut off and the biggest of the butterflies is your pull tab. Love it!

Take Two
Here's a slightly different version of the card we are doing this weekend. I am kind of in the pattern of making more than one but changing it slightly. Here's another version of a card I posted a week or two ago. This change is bigger and changes the card entirely. Click here to see the original.
