Onesie Baby Card

Today was my cousin Melissa's baby shower.  Since her mother and another guest both stamp with me, I needed to be sure my card wouldn't be like either of theirs.  So time to break out the circle punches to make this onesie card. The fact that they already know it's a girl, made it all the more fun since I got to make it pink!

My gift was a Memories and More album so all she has to do is drop in her photos once that sweet baby arrives!  The other part of her gift was a quilt that I did not make.  I purchased it at a silent auction so I'm afraid I can't credit the creator.   I've been holding on to it for awhile and looking forward to giving it to her!

Colorful Seasons Sampler and Calendar Class

I'm excited to be offering classes featuring all 4 seasonal samplers and 12 calendar for 2018!  Attend 4 sessions and be ready for an entire year!  Please RSVP by September 25 with your fee of $12 to reserve your Color Theory card pack.  I will pre-cut the papers to be used on all 4 samplers and 12 calendars from that single card pack.  Once we've completed the 4 sessions, you'll take home the leftover papers with directions to make 4 additional projects. With a $45 order each session, your class and pre-cut materials will be free!
We'll be meeting:
October 10, 6:00-9:00 (1 sampler and 3 calendars)
October 17, 6:00-9:00
November 14,  6:00-9:00
December 12, 6:00-9:00

Live too far away?  Can't attend?  To-go kits will be available.  Pre-cut materials and directions will be available once our class has met, and after you place an online order with a monthly hostess code. Images will not be stamped.  You might consider purchasing Colorful Seasons with your class order. For the few images not in that set, I can suggest an alternative.  There will be a $6.95 shipping fee added to the price, but it will be possible to combine months.

Sampler Only Option and Calendar Only Option

Please RSVP by September 25 with your fee of $12 to reserve your Color Theory card pack.  I will precut the papers to be used on all 4 samplers OR 12 calendars from that single card pack.  Once we've completed the four sessions, you'll take home the leftover papers.

My Crafting Space

I'm participating in a training and one of the assignments was to clean up your crafting space and share a picture.  I thought I would go ahead and post it here since many of you have never see it or have never seen it this clean ;-)  No guarantees how long it will look like this, but it sure is fun to walk into that room right now!

It's Beginning to Look Like Fall

Usually my September Stamp-a-Stack is an assortment of all occasion cards. I begin to shift to fall colors and flowers when I can, but the stamps sets this year really made for some great fall cards.

We've already used the At Home With You stamp set for Christmas in July but it's easy to switch up seasons with this versatile stamp set. If you look carefully, I think the sunflowers on the wreath are really daffodils, but with a little creative coloring- voila!

Wild about Flowers stamp set is such a versatile set, but what makes it unique is that it has retirement words, and not many of our sets do. But can't you imagine this card as a birthday, thinking of you or even sympathy?

I thought adding part of the wood crate framelit would just add to the fall-ness of this card.  If you look closely, there's even a faint stamp that says farmers market on the crate.  I added a butterfly from the You Move Me set and the new Jute Twine from the holiday catalog for handles.

I'll have to admit when I first saw the Painted Harvest stamp set in the catalog I wasn't bowled over. However I am a believer now!  Look at these beautiful sunflowers! Different color combinations can create widely different cards, but here I used Daffodil Delight, Cajun Craze and Chocolate Chip.
